Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, offers a 6–12 month internship focused on sustainability within the Taste portfolio. The hybrid role is preferably based in Hilversum, the Netherlands, with a strong emphasis on data, reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze sustainability data for the Taste portfolio.
• Prepare sustainability documentation and materials for internal and customer audiences.
• Support responses to customer sustainability requests with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and update sustainability documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with sustainability reporting, tracking, and training materials.
• Develop training materials to boost sustainability knowledge across teams.
• Conduct regulatory research on sustainability requirements and trends.
