Job summary

IFF Netherlands in Hilversum, Netherlands, is seeking an Intern Internal Marketing Taste for a six-month program starting December. The role blends creativity, marketing, communication, and food innovation to bring our innovation story to life across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working with global teams.

You will develop internal campaigns, create visuals and content, and help colleagues understand our technologies and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and remaining enrolled during the internship.
• Interest in food, beverages, flavors, innovation, and trends.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal marketing campaigns and materials (posters, infographics, videos, newsletters).
• Translate complex technical information into engaging communications.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Marketing, and Technical teams to identify stories.
• Support events, innovation showcases, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain consistent visual identity for innovation communications within brand guidelines.
• Measure engagement and propose improvements for internal communications.
