Luxe Talent is seeking a Flagship Store Manager for a premium jewellery boutique in Naarden. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

You will lead the boutique team, optimize operations, and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and events, while maintaining impeccable service in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a premium, customer-focused environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Coaching leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, KPI management and retail operations.
• Passion for luxury products, design and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the boutique's commercial strategy in line with the brand vision.
• Drive sales performance and meet targets by analysing results and identifying improvements.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, translating insights into initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team with a focus on sales and customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and performance.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience and outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and partners; work with Marketing on campaigns and events.
