• Experience with facility management.

• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams/locations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the fishing pond and surrounding facilities.
• Welcome visitors at the Shimano Experience Center.
• Coordinate and support fishing events, demonstrations and product testing.
• Manage inventory and ensure equipment/materials are available when needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and manage external contractors.
• Work closely with colleagues across Shimano.
• Identify opportunities to improve pond operations.
