Job summary

The Kingfish Company is seeking a CMMS Planner to join our Zeeland facility near Kats, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance for hatchery, production, processing, and facilities. You will manage Fiix CMMS data, schedule and prioritize work orders, and coordinate with technicians to minimize downtime and protect water quality and fish health.

Fluent in Dutch and English; experience in wet environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance planning experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with CMMS systems; Fiix is a plus.
• Affinity with technical installations in wet environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CMMS (Fiix): assets, PM schedules, checklists, and work orders across Hatchery, Production, Processing, and Facilities.
• Build and monitor preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment (pumps, blowers, biofilters, drum filters, UV, oxygen systems, PLC/SCADA assets).
• Schedule and prioritize work orders with technicians and departments, considering water quality and fish health impact.
• Issue work orders to technicians based on skill level and availability.
• Monitor time-to-complete on work orders to identify trends and improve planning.
