PepsiCo Netherlands invites enthusiastic near-graduates to join the Digital Marketing & Media Internship for the winter term 2027, January/February through July 2027. You’ll work on real campaigns for iconic brands, manage projects end-to-end, and gain hands-on experience with newsletters, social media, and influencer marketing.

The program includes mentorship, skill-building, travel reimbursement for NL internships, and a flexible, inclusive culture with a strong focus on personal growth.

Qualifications

• You are proactive with a practical & positive mentality.
• You are not afraid to speak up, take initiatives and talk to different stakeholders.
• A good organizer who can balance different projects running simultaneously.
• A big fan of all things social media and digital marketing: Instagram & TikTok have no secrets for you.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English. (Any extra languages is fantastic too!)

Responsibilities

• Manage your own digital marketing projects from start to finish.
• Handle newsletters, social media replies, and giveaways with direct consumer contact and your own creative touch to owned content.
• Learn influencer marketing and how we launch Lay's or Doritos campaigns and deliver content to our media agency.
• Participate in campaigns and gain a broad understanding of media and digital marketing after the internship.
