Job summary

PepsiCo Netherlands invites you to join our Digital Marketing & Media Internship for the January 2027 intake. This six-month program offers meaningful projects, mentorship, and skill-building across our iconic brands such as Lay’s and Doritos.

You will manage real marketing projects, engage with consumers through newsletters and social content, and collaborate with influencers and media partners. A supportive, inclusive culture awaits you.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own digital marketing projects from start to finish.
• Handle newsletters, social media replies and giveaways, engaging directly with consumers.
• Gain hands-on experience with influencer marketing.
• Learn how campaigns launch for Lay’s and Doritos and contribute content to the media agency.
• Finish internship with a broad understanding of media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN AS DIGITAL MARKETING & MEDIA INTERN

• You’ll be able to manage your own digital marketing projects from start to finish.
• Newsletters, social media replies, giveaways... You’ll be in direct contact with our consumers and add your own creative twist to owned content.
• Influencer marketing will hold no secrets for you!
• Ever wondered how we launch the latest Lay’s or Doritos flavor? You’ll learn everything about campaigns and play a key role in delivering content to our media agency.
• You’ll finish your internship with a broad understanding of media and digital marketing!

• A good organizer who can balance different projects running simultaneously.
• A big fan of all things social media and digital marketing: Instagram & TikTok have no secrets for you.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English. (Any extra languages is fantastic too!)
