Job summary

PepsiCo Netherlands invites you to join our Digital Marketing & Media Internship for the January 2027 intake. This six-month program offers meaningful projects, mentorship, and skill-building across our iconic brands such as Lay’s and Doritos.

You will manage real marketing projects, engage with consumers through newsletters and social content, and collaborate with influencers and media partners. A supportive, inclusive culture awaits you.

Qualifications

• Proactive with a practical & positive mindset.
• Not afraid to speak up, take initiatives and talk to different stakeholders.
• A good organizer who can balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own digital marketing projects from start to finish.
• Handle newsletters, social media replies and giveaways, engaging directly with consumers.
• Gain hands-on experience with influencer marketing.
• Learn how campaigns launch for Lay’s and Doritos and contribute content to the media agency.
• Finish internship with a broad understanding of media and digital marketing.
