Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux offers a winter internship program from January/February to July 2027. You’ll work on iconic brands like Pepsi, Lay’s, Quaker, and Doritos, with mentorship, real projects, and growth opportunities.

You’ll join a community of about 30 interns and contribute to shaping campaigns and commerce strategies. The program provides meaningful hands-on learning, a 6-month sales crash course, and exposure to major retailers and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge in eCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; current student or recent graduate.

Responsibilities

• Research/analyse the latest eCommerce trends, supported by weekly retail checks.
• Prepare activation briefings and support customer logistics.
• Get a 6-month crash course in Sales, working with retailers and online players.
• Work cross-functionally with sales teams, brand managers, digital marketers and eCommerce counterparts at retailers.
