Job summary

Partner Company seeks an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist to lead merchant onboarding, configure integrations, and ensure production readiness in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will troubleshoot API issues, validate requests with Postman, and investigate incidents across logs, SQL, and monitoring tools.

Fluency in Russian and English is required for international collaboration. You will own root-cause analyses, document findings, and escalate to Engineering when needed,

Qualifications

• 1+ years in L2/L3 technical support or Senior/Support Manager roles, fintech/payments.
• Experience with system logs and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON for integration troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Postman for API validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fast remediation.
• Attention to detail in managing credentials, payment settings, and production environments.
• Proactive, self-directed with ownership of merchant issues.
• Ability to learn new docs/workflows quickly in a dynamic env.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2/C1) for international communications.
• Willingness to grow toward senior SRE/product/engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations and payment routing.
• Manage API access and production environments, including API keys.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues with Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents using logs, SQL, and monitoring data.
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors across systems.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Provide clear escalations to Engineering for deeper fixes.
• Support final technical verification and production readiness for merchants.
• Present technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain documentation.
• Stay accountable from issue to resolution with timely execution.
