Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Client Success & Implementation Consultant for a FinTech scale-up in Amsterdam. You will guide enterprise software implementations from kick-off to go-live, working with Tier 1 banks and digital transformation initiatives.

With 2–5 years' experience, you will bring strong communication, analytical capabilities and a degree in CS/IT/engineering or related fields; SQL and C#/Java are relevant, with exposure to financial services or banking.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
• Experience with financial services or banking exposure

Responsibilities

• Platform onboarding and implementation support
• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Coordinating implementation activities and timelines
• Managing client stakeholders across enterprise environments
• Supporting workshops, discovery sessions, testing and go‑live
• Building trusted customer relationships
