Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Client Success & Implementation Consultant for a FinTech scale-up in Amsterdam. You will guide enterprise software implementations from kick-off to go-live, working with Tier 1 banks and digital transformation initiatives.

With 2–5 years' experience, you will bring strong communication, analytical capabilities and a degree in CS/IT/engineering or related fields; SQL and C#/Java are relevant, with exposure to financial services or banking.

Client Success & Implementation Consultant – FinTech Scale-Up

A fast‑growing European FinTech is expanding its footprint across the region and is looking for a Client Success & Implementation Consultant to support major banking transformation programmes. Joining at an early stage, you’ll work directly with leading financial institutions and guide enterprise software implementations from kick‑off through to go‑live.

You’ll gain exposure to Tier 1 banks, digital transformation, AI‑led initiatives and international client environments. A structured onboarding programme, including training in Sydney, is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform onboarding and implementation support
• Gathering and documenting business requirements

About You

• You may currently work in technology consulting, software implementation, customer success, business analysis or professional services.
