FactSet Research Systems Inc. is seeking a Client Solutions Associate in Amsterdam to build strong client relationships, promote product usage, and support onboarding. You will understand client workflows, deliver training, and develop custom workflows using FactSet tools.

Ideal candidates have a finance/FinTech interest, strong communication, and the ability to learn new technology. A 5-month foundational training program and clear career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles or support is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment workflows.
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings at client offices and seminars.
