Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within hospitality.
• Fluent in Dutch or English (spoken and written).
• Living in or near the Amsterdam area.
• A positive, energetic personality who thrives in hospitality and motivates others.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing the wine list and pairings.
• Advising guests about wines and providing exceptional service.
• Supervising and coaching the service team.
• Coordinating daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Welcoming guests and ensuring top-level service.
