Job summary

Huxley is seeking an experienced PMO (Financial Focus) to join a Technology department within a large-scale strategic programme in the Netherlands. The PMO will support Programme and Project Managers with financial management, governance, reporting and cost tracking, while helping to raise PMO standards across the central team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PMO experience within large-scale projects or programmes.
• Strong knowledge of project governance and PMO processes.
• Solid experience in financial project control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support Programme and Project Managers.
• Own and maintain PMO processes including financial and resource management, risk and issue management, change management, and time registration.
• Prepare financial reports and manage cost tracking.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, including meeting packs and minutes.
• Prepare high-quality status reports and ensure adherence to PMO standards.
