Job summary

The Location: Netherlands, Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Finatal is partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed software group to appoint an FP&A Manager as it expands internationally.

Working closely with the CFO, you’ll help answer the questions behind the growth: what’s driving performance, where to invest and how to scale profitably. With exposure to senior leadership, M&A and finance transformation, this is an opportunity to shape both business decisions and the finance function supporting them.

The Role

• Drive performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

Your Background

• Typically 5 - 8+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, business analysis or financial advisory.
• Strong accounting foundations and experience in planning and forecasting.
• Commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
• A hands-on approach and interest in systems, data and analytics.
• Fluent English; international and private equity experience would be advantageous.
