Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and refine comprehensive multi-year balance sheet forecasts, incorporating business growth assumptions, cash flow trends, and future funding requirements.
• Analyze corporate liquidity, identify potential funding gaps, and model various scenarios to ensure adequate buffers and contingency plans are in place.
• Evaluate and recommend various funding strategies (e.g., short-term vs. long-term, fixed vs. floating, domestic vs. foreign) based on robust financial models and cost-of-capital analysis.
• Identify and assess foreign exchange (FX) exposures across the global balance sheet.
• Support the design and evaluation of hedging strategies, modeling their potential P&L impact and overall effectiveness to mitigate volatility.
• Take a key role in the end-to-end balance sheet management of the organization.
• Partner closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to delegate and coordinate project tasks, optimize treasury workflows, and drive continuous process improvements.
