About us
We are a Dutch-registered foundation (vereniging) operating as a not-for-profit organisation. From the Netherlands, we organise three international conferences each year, working with venues, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple countries. Our activities involve cross-border transactions, event-related VAT considerations, and a moderate level of financial complexity. We place strong emphasis on good governance, robust financial controls, and clear, timely financial reporting. The organisation works with an external accounts office and external auditors and values a pragmatic, professional approach to financial management. From details on the company: www.wysetc.org
