Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Financial Controller (English) in Son en Breugel to oversee efficient and accurate financial administration, manage general ledger and month-end closing, and ensure timely monthly reporting.

You will handle intercompany reconciliations, tax filings, and support the Financial Manager with reports, budgets, and forecasts in a fast-paced, internationally oriented finance team. 32–40 hours per week, hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or within an accounting firm.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Dutch is welcome.
• Availability to work between 32 and 40 hours per week.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As a Financial Controller , you are responsible for ensuring an efficient and accurate financial administration.

You will manage the general ledger accounting and month-end closing processes. In addition, you will ensure that accurate information is available for monthly reporting.

You will also be responsible for intercompany reconciliations and preparing tax filings. You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

As a Financial Controller , your responsibilities include:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About You

The ideal Financial Controller has:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or within an accounting firm.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, spoken and written. Fluency in Dutch is highly appreciated, but not mandatory.
• Availability to work between 32 and 40 hours per week.
