Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or similar.
Proven experience with project accounting that includes both labour hours and goods.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, combined with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable improving processes and collaborating with non-finance stakeholders.
Excellent command of English; Dutch is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools.
Experience in an international, multi-entity environment (NL/UK/BE).
Affinity with AV/events, media production, or technical project businesses.
