Job summary

Holland2Stay is seeking a Financial Controller who can keep our growth financially on track. You will lead monthly closings, produce management reports, and translate numbers into insights for cross-functional teams across Finance and Operations.

You’ll optimize processes, support budgeting and audits, and maintain accurate, timely financial data to enable fast, informed decision-making in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with financial reporting and month-end closings.
• Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Excel.
• Experience in a fast-growing or international organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial closings and management reports.

• Monitor balance sheet positions and ensure accurate reconciliations.

That's why we're looking for a Financial Controller who can keep the bigger picture in focus, provide sharp analyses, and ensure we can always rely on our numbers.

In this role, you're much more than the person behind the reports. You help us understand the story behind the figures and turn financial data into insights that teams can act on. You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance and Operations and actively contribute to making our processes smarter, faster, and better.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial closings and management reports
