Job summary

KONI is seeking a Financial Accountant based at our Oud-Beijerijerland headquarters to join the Finance & Accounting team. You will combine accounting, reporting, tax and financial analysis to drive reliable reporting, internal controls and continuous process improvement, while supporting SAP optimisation and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

Performing financial accounting and processing financial transactions.
Supporting month-end closing and preparing balance sheet and profit & loss information.
Preparing and supporting financial reporting.
Performing balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger controls.
Analysing financial results, budgets and variances.
Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Preparing and processing journal entries and corrections.
Preparing VAT, corporate income tax and intra-Community supply filings.
Maintaining and improving internal controls.
Supporting and performing internal audits.
Providing financial information for consolidation and management reporting.
Identifying and recommending improvements to financial procedures, processes and reporting.
Providing financial analysis and insights to management.
Supporting the implementation and optimisation of SAP for accounting processes.
Participating in finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
