Job summary

Offshore Wind Logistics B.V. in Rotterdam seeks a Financial Accountant to own the financial backbone, ensuring accurate administration and driving improvements. You will report to the CFO, lead monthly and annual closings, and provide insights to steer the business.

You will design reports, optimize processes, and collaborate with the external auditor to ensure robust financial governance across international offshore projects.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in Finance & Control, Accountancy, or similar
• Experience in a broad financial role, such as Accountant or Senior Financial
• Experience with general ledger accounting and monthly/annual closing processes
• Background in a corporate environment with hands-on and process-oriented mindset
• Experience with or affinity for process optimization and automation (ERP systems)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and safeguard accurate financial administration
• Execute and develop monthly and annual closing processes
• Prepare and improve financial and management reports
• Analyze financial data and advise the CFO
