Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Vice President, Finance Transformation to lead enterprise-wide modernization efforts and drive scalable, data-driven finance improvements. You will partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to design operating models, drive technology enablement, and guide organizational change across global locations including Amsterdam, Toronto and Tampa.

The role requires building a high-performing transformation office, managing complex programs, and delivering measurable business

Develop and lead the multi-year Finance Transformation roadmap.

Establish priorities, milestones and benefits tracking for major initiatives.
Drive governance, risk management and executive sponsorship for transformations.
Lead organizational redesign including workforce planning and operating model evolution.
Oversee global location strategies and shared services models.
