Topigs Norsvin is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for the financial administration across 10 Dutch entities. You will lead a five-person team handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, driving professionalization and automated processes.

This role includes co-ownership of a new ERP implementation and eventual steps toward a shared service center, in an international R&D‑driven environment.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or Finance & Control at bachelor’s or master’s level.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a broad financial role, ideally in an accountancy firm or comparable environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team, with potential for a leadership role.
• Proven project management experience, process improvement, and finance function innovation.
• Experience in a changing environment with ability to create structure and guide teams.
• Knowledge of financial information systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Professionalize and automate the finance organization and standardize global workflows.
• Design and implement new financial processes and systems, including ERP, focusing on standardization and data quality.
• Lead end-to-end financial processes redesign and consolidation efforts.
• Guide the team through change toward a shared service center foundation.
