Topigs Norsvin is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for the financial administration across 10 Dutch entities. You will lead a five-person team handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, driving professionalization and automated processes.
This role includes co-ownership of a new ERP implementation and eventual steps toward a shared service center, in an international R&D‑driven environment.
Your Role As Finance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the financial administration and reporting of 10 Dutch entities, including complex intercompany and international transaction flows within a dynamic, internationally operating organization. You will lead a team of five employees responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll administration. In addition, you will play a key role in the further professionalization of the finance function. You will support and enable your team, oversee the design and control of administrative processes, and help take the department to the next stage of our organizational development. Thanks to close collaboration with the Group Controller and Corporate Controllers, your results will be highly visible and you will have a direct impact on decision‑making at group level. What sets this role apart is the transformation ahead. We are implementing a new ERP system, and we expect you to play an active and leading role as a co‑owner of this new way of working. Following a successful implementation, we will take the first steps toward consolidating various financial administrations, laying the foundation for a future shared service center. You will guide your team through these changes in ways of working, systems, and competencies, helping to build a future‑proof finance function. All of this takes place within an international, highly R&D‑driven organization undergoing exciting and dynamic development.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely, accurate, and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. In addition, you will be responsible for the further professionalization and automation of the finance organization and contribute to the more globally standardized way of working that the organization is working toward. This will result in the consistent and accurate exchange of data, providing a strong foundation for high‑quality management information and reporting.
A completed degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance & Control, or a related field at bachelor's or master's level.
Five to ten years of relevant experience in a broad financial role, preferably gained within an accountancy firm or a comparable environment.
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team, or the expertise and personal qualities to take the next step into a leadership role.
Demonstrable experience in project management, process improvement, and innovation within the finance function.
Experience working in a changing environment, where you are able to create structure and bring people along through change.
Knowledge of and experience with financial information systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
A role with genuine ownership and responsibility: you will not inherit a fully established financial administration. Instead, you will have the opportunity to rebuild and shape it, including designing the financial processes within our new ERP system.
The opportunity to be part of a transformation from design through to go‑live, followed by the first steps toward establishing a shared service center.
An international organization operating in more than 20 countries, yet small enough for you to know the people behind the numbers.
Plenty of room to grow: this role can serve as a stepping stone toward broader responsibilities within the international finance organization.
Hybrid working from ’s-Hertogenbosch.
