Job summary

Siemens in The Hague is seeking a Finance Team Lead to manage a team of 5–8 Project Controllers and report to the Finance Head of the Business Unit. You will combine people leadership with a solid project controlling background across global projects.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance while collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders in an international environment. This role offers hybrid working, ongoing training, and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor degree in Business Administration/Economics.
• At least 10 years of experience with all aspects of project controlling in a large international organization.
• Strong affinity with financial and commercial topics; experience in controlling international projects.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and optimize capacity for projects.
• Coach and develop a team of 5–8 Project Controllers.
• Oversee complex bids and projects as senior controller during sales phase.
• Ensure monthly project reviews and compliance with reporting standards.
• Drive process optimization and stakeholder collaboration.
