JetBrains in Amsterdam seeks a Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across our Finance Transformation Office. You will own the continuous improvement strategy, oversee the incidents register, and embed Lean into how we work.

You’ll lead value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and cross‑functional problem solving, develop dashboards, and coach leaders in Lean methods to deliver sustainable benefits well beyond go‑live.

Qualifications

• Lead complex, cross-functional process improvements using Lean methodologies.
• Deep expertise in Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, RCA.
• Proven experience managing continuous improvement portfolios and multiple initiatives.
• Track record coaching and mentoring leaders to build Lean capability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change-management skills in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Own Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving workshops across finance transformation initiatives.
• Manage and deliver a continuous improvement portfolio in line with strategic priorities.
• Own the operations incidents register, ensuring issues are structured, prioritized, and resolved at root cause.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to report on benefits realization, risks, and portfolio health.
• Coach and mentor business and operational leaders in Lean tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Support operational teams in new-demand analysis and in building productive, high-quality business cases.
• Establish measures and governance to ensure sustainable benefits realisation from improvement initiatives.
