Job summary

Danone is hiring a Digital Finance Continuous Improvement Manager to drive adoption and empower local finance teams in a multinational setting. You will collaborate with IT to support post go-live stabilization, streamline planning processes, and enhance the shared model using TGK and Power BI.

Experience in controlling, SAP/EPM tools, and data-driven decision making is essential. A hybrid work model in the Netherlands is offered with strong growth opportunities across business units.

Qualifications

• Solid finance background with controlling and performance management experience.
• Experience with SAP, EPM tools and PowerBI in a Finance IT landscape.
• Change management and transformation project experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and empowerment during post go-live hypercare and stabilization.
• Provide functional support and act as IT liaison for deployed entities.
• Capture blockers, set action plans with local teams to maximize usage.
• Engage local finance to streamline processes and support rolling forecasts.
• Support design of TGK and Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Align with controlling needs and evolving use cases for shared model.
• Animate enhancement and knowledge management within RUN support.
