Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead for its Finance Transformation Office in Amsterdam, with delivery across global initiatives. You will champion Lean methodologies, own the continuous improvement strategy, and oversee the incidents register to drive root-cause solutions.

You’ll collaborate with business and technical leaders to embed Lean, develop dashboards, and measure benefits, risks, and portfolio health while coaching teams in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean/Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Deep expertise in core Lean tools including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience managing continuous improvement portfolios with multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Track record of developing performance metrics, dashboards, and governance frameworks to monitor improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvements to eliminate waste and boost effectiveness.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving workshops across finance transformation initiatives.
• Manage and deliver a continuous improvement portfolio aligned with strategic priorities.
• Own the operations incidents register with structured resolution paths.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to report benefits realization, risks, and portfolio health.
• Coach leaders in Lean tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Support new-demand analysis and compelling business cases for improvements.
