Job summary

DocMorris in Heerlen, The Netherlands, is seeking a motivated accounting assistant to support AP/AR processes in a hybrid, 32–40 hour work week.

You will use SAP to process invoices, handle payments, maintain customer master data, and help close monthly, quarterly, and year-end books. Dutch and English are required; German is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and ample learning opportunities in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Degree needed: MBO 4 with finance/accounting specialization.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; entry-level friendly.
• Fluent Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to work 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting data for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in SAP.
• Oversee invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle bank payments and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor customer data and guide dunning/collection processes.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings with the team.
