SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Accountant and Administrative Officer BeNeLux (mIfId) on a part-time basis to support finance operations across the Benelux region. You will close monthly and coordinate A/P and A/R in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS.

You will work with the Finance and Administration Manager and HR to manage assets, leases and reporting, while providing ad hoc support to Sales Support and Marketing in a cross-border team.

Qualifikationen

• HBO/MBO+ degree in accounting/business administration or similar.
• Relevant working experience in administration and bookkeeping, with knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel; SAP-ERP experience preferred; S4/HANA knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute monthly, quarterly and year end closing with internal/external accountant and manage related SAP entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable; prepare CBS/Intrastat disclosures.
• Maintain G/L accounting for P&L and balance sheet, book accruals and journal entries in SAP.
