Job summary

DocMorris AG in Heerlen, The Netherlands, seeks a Finance Operations Employee (32–40h) to bridge traditional accounting and business operations in a hybrid role. You will handle AP/AR data, invoicing, and bank payments while supporting customer inquiries and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have an MBO 4 in finance/accounting, 0–2 years of experience, and strong Dutch/English skills. Dutch/German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO 4 degree with finance/accounting specialization.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting data for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using SAP or similar systems.
• Oversee invoices for completeness and accuracy and manage bank payments.
• Monitor customer master data and support dunning and collections processes.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings with the team.
