Job summary

DocMorris, located in Heerlen, Netherlands, seeks a Finance Operations Employee for 32–40 hours weekly in a hybrid role (3 days in the Heerlen office, 2 days remote). You’ll bridge traditional accounting with business operations, ensuring data integrity and smooth processes, with a focus on starter-friendly onboarding.

The role offers a monthly salary of 3,305–4,000 EUR, with 30 days holiday and a strong learning culture. German or Dutch contracts may apply at locations in Heerlen and Aachen.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 degree in finance or accounting.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, suitable for a motivated starter.
• Strong command of Dutch and English (German a plus).
• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting data for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using SAP.
• Oversee invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Handle bank payments and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor customer master data and guide dunning/collections processes.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings with the team.
