Parfumado Group is seeking a hands-on Head of Finance & Operations to strengthen financial performance and drive operational efficiency as we scale across Europe. You will lead Finance and collaborate with the Head of Operations to optimize cash flow, forecasting and working capital, while translating insights into strategic decisions for founders and the leadership team.

You will build robust financial models, drive cost efficiency, and lead a small finance team including a Financial Controller

Qualifications

• Financial leadership experience in a growing business.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management.
• Commercial mindset translating insights into business decisions.
• Experience with inventory and working capital in ecommerce/subscription.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Hands-on, structured and pragmatic in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication with founders and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Ensure financial control, insights and forward-looking visibility to scale profitably.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Lead financial control, closing processes, cash flow and working capital.
• Monitor profitability, margins and costs across markets and channels.
• Develop reliable financial models and scenarios for decisions.
• Drive automation and efficiency in processes.
• Lead and develop the Financial Controller and Junior Admin Associate.
• Oversee inventory performance and demand forecasting with Operations.
• Align demand forecasting with cash flow objectives.
• Own monthly management reporting and dashboards.
• Support fundraising and investor materials and due diligence.
• Leverage AI and modern financial tools to improve decisions.
