Parfumado seeks a hands-on Head of Finance & Operations to strengthen financial performance, drive cash flow, and scale sustainably across markets.

You will lead Finance, oversee operational performance with the Head of Operations, and translate financial insights into better business decisions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a growing, international fragrance subscription business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial leadership within a growing business.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting abilities.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into decisions.
• Experience with inventory, working capital in ecommerce/consumer products.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Hands-on, structured and pragmatic in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Affinity with financial systems, automation and AI-driven improvements.

Aufgaben

• Ensure financial control, forecasting and management reporting.
• Lead cash flow, liquidity and working capital management.
• Drive cost improvements, automation and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory planning and operational performance.
• Partner with founders on strategic decisions and potential fundraising.
• Develop and mentor the Finance Controller and Admin Associate.
