Job summary

MN Logistics International is seeking a Finance Administrator to support financial operations from Capelle aan den IJssel with hybrid work (80% office, 20% remote) and 24–32 hours per week.

You will review invoices, manage trade receivables/payables, support VAT, and collaborate with suppliers and clients. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; Dutch is a plus. Based in the Netherlands with 1–3 years of experience and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems like Exact, Lyanthe, Nmbrs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Dutch is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Process and record purchase and sales invoices in financial systems.
• Support periodic VAT review and regulatory compliance.
• Manage trade receivables and trade payables.
• Collaborate with suppliers and clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.
• Maintain documentation for audits and internal reporting.
• Assist in improving financial processes and efficiency.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and suppliers with invoicing procedures.
