Job summary

ICAT Logistics, Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a Country Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and tax coordination across Dutch entities.

You will work with the CFO International and the central ICAT finance team to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial processes for operations. The role drives monthly closings, audits, and internal controls while supporting cash forecasting and system improvements to sustain rapid growth within a private equity-backed logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification.
• 7+ years in corporate accounting with leadership experience.
• Experience establishing accounting policies and internal controls.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and reporting experience.
• Familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual close with variance analysis.
• Coordinate reporting with subsidiaries to ensure consistency.
• Manage invoicing/billing processes and audits.
• Drive improvements in financial systems and controls.
• Support tax compliance and centralized shared services integration.
