What you'll be doing

• Financial reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including OSS.
• Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping practices are maintained.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Manage the budgeting process and deliver forecasts to guide company strategy.
• Compliance and regulations: Ensure all financial operations adhere to regulations.
• Audit management: Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
• Strategic risk management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
• Process improvement: Continuously refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other teams: Provide financial insights to support projects and business initiatives

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP, with US GAAP a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
• Fluent in English; advanced in Dutch.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
