Smart Global BV operates in renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing, renewable energy services, and energy technology.

Задачи

• Manage finance, accounting, tax, payroll-related financial processes, and statutory reporting for the Netherlands entity
• Oversee and coordinate financial processes, reporting, and follow-up activities across European operations
• Manage financial closing, consolidation, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and management reporting processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local accounting standards
• Follow up on tax, VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing, intercompany invoicing, and related processes with local advisors
• Act as the main finance contact for accounting firms, tax advisors, auditors, banks, and public authorities
• Monitor financial risks, establish control points, and provide recommendations to management
• Identify, secure, and manage financing and funding sources across European entities
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Support the standardization, improvement, and implementation of finance processes across Europe
• Use SAP FI/CO and other finance systems for accounting, cost center tracking, budgeting, reporting, closing, and analysis
• Support SAP improvement, integration, or implementation processes when required
• Coordinate finance activities between the Türkiye headquarters and European operations

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, reporting, or similar roles
• Strong experience in finance, accounting, tax, and statutory reporting processes
• Experience managing or coordinating finance processes across European countries
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, financial analysis, monthly closing, and management reporting
• Good understanding of tax, VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and intercompany invoicing
• Experience working with accounting firms, tax advisors, auditors, banks, and public authorities
• Strong analytical thinking, risk awareness, follow-up discipline, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, multi-country, and dynamic business environment
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: SAP implementation, improvement, integration, or key user experience
• Dutch language skills
