Job summary

eyeo is seeking a Finance Manager to lead operational finance and help build the finance foundation as the company scales. You will work closely with the CFO, external advisers and teams across the business to support decision-making and growth.

You’ll shape the finance function, manage accounting across NL/BE, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and help design scalable processes and ERP landscape for eyeo’s next stage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or audit.
• Strong foundation in Dutch GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close; audit coordination.
• Experience with VAT/Tax compliance.
• Solid track record in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Enjoy building and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Accounting and financial administration across the Netherlands and Belgium, with the opportunity to expand as we grow into new markets.
• AP/AR, purchase orders and financial control.
• Month-end and year-end close, including audit coordination.
• Tax compliance.
• Management reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Preparing Investor and Board materials.
• Supporting the Management Team on strategic finance topics, including funding rounds.
• Helping design and implement scalable Finance processes and controls, as well as shaping eyeo’s future Finance systems and ERP landscape.
