Job summary

Stryker is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join its Flex Financial team in the Netherlands. You will support the Associate Manager and collaborate with European Analysts, Sales, Finance, Legal and Internal Controls to document contracts and maintain data accuracy across regions.

You will drive process standardization, assist with IPE testing, and help ensure controls, data integrity, and cross-regional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, financial administration, business operations, contract administration, or a similar role.
• Very strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working.
• Comfortable working with numbers, financial data, contracts and system-based processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to investigate inconsistencies, identify root causes and follow up with different stakeholders until issues are resolved.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with regional teams, Finance, Sales, Legal and Internal Controls.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a cross-regional support partner for the Associate Manager and Analysts across Europe.
• Maintain the European contract database and propose corrections when needed.
• Ensure controls regarding deal documentation, approvals, Oracle screenshots, and bank communications are met.
• Support maintenance of databases such as Oracle and data tables, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Support IPE testing and investigate inconsistencies to identify root causes and coordinate fixes.
• Contribute to process standardization, operating improvements and system optimization across regions.
• Support cross-functional or ad hoc projects to improve efficiency and scalability of Flex Financial processes.
• Build understanding of the Financial Analyst role to provide ad hoc support and holiday cover.
