Job summary

Uplift People Consulting is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Netherlands finance operations and coordinate financial processes across Europe. You will work with local accounting firms, tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities to ensure IFRS-compliant reporting and robust financial controls.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO, budgeting, cash flow management and multi-country coordination, with a focus on accuracy, timelines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or reporting.
• Experience coordinating finance across European countries.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and regulatory reporting expertise.
• English fluency required; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations in the Netherlands and coordinate EU processes.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidation, budgeting and cash flow.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant reporting and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with local accounting firms, tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities.
• Identify and manage financial risks and funding sources.
