Job summary

Apollo Tyres Ltd in Amsterdam seeks a commercially driven Pricing Manager responsible for Europe. You will shape price positioning, lead price changes, and translate market insights into clear decisions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and senior management.

This role is about building pricing capability across Europe, not mere price administration. You will own from insight to implementation, drive price realization, margin transparency, and governance, and act as a business

Qualifications

• Pricing, revenue management, commercial excellence or commercial strategy background.
• Experience owning pricing decisions/projects in a complex B2B environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial judgement.
• Understanding of list/net prices, discounts, rebates, margins.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and actions.
• Capacity to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders across functions/countries.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with drive to deliver.
• Fluent business English; relevant degree.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

• Shape and continuously improve EMEA pricing strategy and architecture.
• Translate customer/competitor/market/cost insights into actions.
• Lead price setting, price-list changes and commercial-condition development.
• Improve price realization, margin transparency and pricing performance.

• Strengthen pricing governance while enabling responsive decisions.
• Advance pricing through better data, processes, systems and automation.
• Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and management.
