You will bridge R&D, IT, and leadership, oversee AI projects, manage time and resources, and report progress to senior management while shaping data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering, CS, Data Science, or related field.
8–10 years of R&D experience expected.
Strong leadership and multi-project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the R&D digitalization roadmap in line with business needs and strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve R&D processes through digital tools, AI applications, and data-driven solutions.
Lead and coordinate digital and AI projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, timeline, and objectives.
Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables, and report updates to R&D leadership.
Act as the link between R&D, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and successful implementation.

Objective of the role

As Digitalization Manager, you will define, lead, and oversee the digital transformation within the R&D organization. The role focuses on building a clear R&D digitalization roadmap, translating business needs into practical digital initiatives. Ensuring that digitalization projects are delivered in line with strategic priorities.

You will play a key role in improving R&D processes, strengthening project governance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the adoption of digital tools across technical teams. Acting as a bridge between R&D, IT, leadership, and external partners, you will help ensure that digital initiatives create measurable value for product development, simulation capabilities, knowledge sharing, and overall R&D performance.

Your profile

Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in R&D
Strong leadership and multi-project management capability
Good understanding of digital transformation in R&D environments, including AI/ML concepts, data analytics, simulation tools, data management systems, and digital process optimization.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluency in English required
