Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is hiring a Finance Assistant in the Benelux region. You will support invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting, helping ensure accurate financial records.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work with colleagues across the business, assist with tax filings, intercompany reconciliations, and HR administration, while maintaining a proactive hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Administrative qualification, preferably in bookkeeping or financial administration (MBO level)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a financial administrative role
• Experience with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are an advantage
• Experience with AX / Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Enjoy working in a small, engaged team close to the business
• Accurate, proactive, and hands-on approach to work

Responsibilities

• Process invoices
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handle bank postings and reconciliations
• Assist with tax filings across the Benelux region
• Reconcile intercompany transactions
• Support HR administration
• Assist the Financial Controller with group reporting and administrative activities during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
