Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, in the Vingcard Benelux area, seeks a Finance Assistant to ensure smooth financial operations across invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations. You will support tax filings, month-end processes, and intercompany activities in a compact, business‑driven team.

You will work with a hands-on approach in a small team, contributing to accurate financial records and compliance while collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications

• Administrative qualification (MBO level) and practical finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle bank postings and reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with tax filings and intercompany reconciliations.
