Job summary

V2 Ventures in Amstelveen is seeking a Mid-level Finance Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations. You will manage invoices, AR/AP, cost allocations and bank reconciliations while collaborating with the finance team.

The role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, MBO-4/HBO finance education, fluency in Dutch and English, and proficiency with Exact Online, Basecone, and Excel. The team offers growth, a temporary contract with potential permanent position, and a friendly work

Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar finance role
Experience with multi-company administration and intercompany cash flows
Experience with Exact Online and Basecone is a strong plus, as is working with Excel
Dutch and English language skills

Responsibilities

Manage the finance mailboxes and ensure correct archiving
Process incoming and outgoing invoices
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including credit control and payment reminders)
Carry out and reconcile internal cost allocations
Process bank entries and reconcile bank accounts
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
