V2 Ventures in Amstelveen is seeking a Mid-level Finance Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations. You will manage invoices, AR/AP, cost allocations and bank reconciliations while collaborating with the finance team.
The role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, MBO-4/HBO finance education, fluency in Dutch and English, and proficiency with Exact Online, Basecone, and Excel. The team offers growth, a temporary contract with potential permanent position, and a friendly work
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar finance role
- Experience with multi-company administration and intercompany cash flows
- Experience with Exact Online and Basecone is a strong plus, as is working with Excel
- Dutch and English language skills
Responsabilités
- Manage the finance mailboxes and ensure correct archiving
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (including credit control and payment reminders)
- Carry out and reconcile internal cost allocations
- Process bank entries and reconcile bank accounts
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
