ICON. Amsterdam is seeking a Finance Administrative Specialist to join a fast-growing international brand. You will process invoices, reconcile transactions, and support reporting while maintaining precise financial records.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, helping ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Completed an MBO or HBO degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has 1-3 years of experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or administrative role.
• Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers.
• Understands financial administration processes, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Is proficient with Excel and financial software systems.
• Can work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Loves creating structure, improving processes, and keeping things organized.
• Brings ownership, accuracy, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades
