Job summary

Róhe, an Amsterdam-based design label, is hiring a Financial Accountant to manage daily finance operations in our studio. You will handle supplier invoices, payments, and debtor/creditor administration, with close collaboration with sales support and the Hilldun factor.

You will apply your ERP and Excel skills in a dynamic, international setting and ensure accurate records. The role is full-time and based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• HBO-level with at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; ExactOnline is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments.
• Manage debtor and creditor administration; wholesale clients handled by sales support; finance escalates issues.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our Amsterdam team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational finance processes, including processing supplier invoices, reconciling account statements, processing incoming and outgoing payments, and managing the complete debtor and creditor administration. Day-to-day communication with wholesale clients on outstanding invoices is handled by sales support, while finance is responsible for escalation, including sending overdue debtors to cash collection, matching incoming payments, and keeping the ageing listing up to date. You will work closely with sales support and our factor Hilldun on debtor management, and ensure accurate, timely processing of all financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is highly accurate, and takes ownership of the operational finance processes.

Main responsibilities

• Keep the ageing listing up to date
• Ensure accurate financial records and maintain data integrity across systems

About you

• A minimum HBO level with at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in ERP systems (ExactOnline is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a Plus
